Together with Quality Management Department of Aesculap Chifa (BBraun Poland) at the end of year 2014 we have successfully implemented and run in production innovative system supporting Audits Management, which we proudly present and offer to the broad audience. This pioneering implementation is example of perfect coverage of Customer’s needs, effective project management and very positive feedback of various end users, who are participating in the workflow as audited entities, what usually makes them to present a bit “defensive” attitude, but not this time!

Audits Management System is based on Solverin’s workflow engine – Solverinflow, which is offered as separated product – platform, where we can implement probably any workflow you may need.

Audits Management System optimizes auditing process by:

- elimination (or minimizing to only formally needed amount) paper documentation
- tracking current stage of document / current status of work
- managing whole Plans of Audits planned for whole year(s)
- notifications
- escalations
- various reports, supporting analyzing gathered data, possibility of exporting it to MS Excel
- work with external files
- and many other typical-workflow or custom, specific features needed by our Customer

To our new Customers we offer complete solution with defining custom needs, including specific process diagram which is used in their Company, through iterative implementation with continuous adjusting the solution to desired shape, permanent tests, ending on finalizing the installation (or releasing software as SaaS) and offering maintenance support during productive life of the System.

Samples Management

Samples Management System optimizes samples issuing process by:

- elimination (or minimizing to only formally needed amount) paper documentation
- tracking current stage of document / current status of work
- notifications
- 2 kind of reports: technical (about status of the system) and financial, about financial impact of issuing samples (per Customer, per product, per Sales Representative, etc.)
- work with external files

Due to change in law in 2010, which obligates hospitals and other medical entities to service medical equipment to professional and certified companies, outside the hospitals, for our Customer – Aesculap Chifa (BBraun Poland) we have developed quite unique and light solution for managing service contracts, to ensure that:

- All this specific business oriented needs are covered as much in software - standard way as possible (main needs are described later in this text)
- ROI will appear soon
- This software solution will have visible impact on positive financial result of TS Department
- No additional hiring will be needed
